BillRelay ("the Service") syncs invoices and customer data from your QuickBooks Online account to your Mercury bank account. The Service is provided by BillRelay.
The Service is offered as a monthly subscription with a 14-day free trial. You can cancel at any time. After cancellation, syncing stops immediately but your data is retained for 30 days.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your QuickBooks and Mercury data. The Service syncs data as-is and does not validate business logic (e.g., duplicate invoice numbers, incorrect amounts).
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. BillRelay is not liable for any financial discrepancies, failed syncs, or data loss arising from use of the Service.
